Healing From Within One Day Affordable Retreat

Step into a day of gentle restoration with June Meagher at her Healing From Within retreat, held at Portpatrick Village Hall on Sunday 25 October 2026, from 10 am to 5 pm. Your retreat fee includes vegan and vegetarian lunch, plus nourishing refreshments throughout the day. £25 / £15 concession

Arrive from 9.30 am for welcome drinks. Cold‑water swimmers are invited to come straight in from 9.30 am to warm up, dry off, and change before the retreat begins.

Sound Bath & Sound Healing

Please bring a yoga mat (I will bring some spare for those who do not have one) a pillow and a cover. Please also bring suitable clothing and footwear should you decide to go walking or suitable swimwear and towel if you are going to go cold water swimming before the retreat, during lunch or after we finish the retreat. This event is open to all abilities and suitable for those over 16.

June Meagher has dedicated over 45 years to studying and teaching spiritual, holistic, and wellbeing therapies. She founded AAMARHealing more than 25 years ago in memory of her parents, creating a social enterprise where all profits support free events such as the Exhibition of Healing & Complementary Therapies and the Shropshire Peace Conference.
