Workplace Resilience Facilitator Training

Join us at Ayrshire Healing Centre for an engaging, practical two-day training course designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to facilitate meaningful workplace wellbeing and resilience workshops.

Based on our established Resilient Teams: Managing Pressure, Boundaries & Supporting Others programme, this training prepares participants to deliver structured, interactive sessions within workplaces, charities, community organisations and professional settings.

Combining theory, experiential learning, group activities and practical facilitation, the course explores how to create supportive environments where people can develop resilience, recognise pressure, establish healthy boundaries and support others without becoming overwhelmed.

Who Is This Training For?

Ideal for wellbeing practitioners, holistic therapists, coaches, community workers, charity professionals, workplace wellbeing champions, team leaders and anyone interested in facilitating meaningful wellbeing programmes.

No previous facilitation experience is required.

What You'll Gain

Through practical learning and supported facilitation exercises, you'll develop the confidence to deliver our established two-hour Resilient Teams workshop, alongside transferable skills to develop your own wellbeing sessions.

Participants will receive course materials and have the opportunity to purchase our additional Resilient Teams Facilitator Toolkit, containing professionally developed workshop resources and ready-to-use activities.

Venue: Ayrshire Healing Centre

Duration: Two days, 10 am–3 pm each day

Investment: £300 (£100 deposit and balance payable by course start date).

Class Size: Maximum 10 participants
