Join Art Gene Saturday 26 September for A Bit Out There Outdoor Exhibition.
Drop in between 1 - 8pm and stay for as much or as little as you like. Alongside the exhibition, the day will include tours, artist-led workshops, hot food, a campfire and various evening activities as the allotment moves from daylight into dusk.

Exhibition opens - Drop in, explore the artworks and have a wander around Allotment Soup.
1:30pm
Allotment Tour - A guided tour of the allotment with Founder Director Maddi Nicholson and Creative Gardener Tom Philipson.
2:30pm
Artist Workshop - Join artist Jen Southern for a talk and hands-on workshop, suitable for families.
3:30pm
Westmorland and Furness Council - Walney Futures stall opens.
4:00pm
Artist Workshop - A creative workshop with artist Tom Philipson.
5:00pm
Dinner - Hot food and campfire.

Twilight Walk - An evening walk around the site as the light begins to change, led by artists Jen Southern and Debbie Yare.
Around 7:30pm
Family Bat Walk - Join us as dusk falls to look and listen for bats around the allotment, with Amelie Pohl (RSPB).
Timings may shift slightly depending on sunset and light conditions.

Poetry Reading - We’ll end the day with a poetry reading as night settles over the site.
