A wonder-filled program for our littlest explorers, ages 2–5, and their caregivers

Get ready for hands-on, nature-filled fun for our littlest explorers! Join Riverbend educators for a preschool-friendly, nature-based program featuring a story, art, nature activity, and a "hike".

While Riverbend's barn undergoes renovations this fall, we're excited to host Budding Naturalists at Natural Lands' Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden or Natural Lands' Saunders Woods Preserve.

Wednesdays at 10:30am at Natural Lands' Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden

Thursdays at 2:00pm at Natural Lands' Stoneleigh: A Natural Garden

Fridays at 10:30am at Natural Lands' Saunders Woods Preserve

Classes begin October 14th, 15th, and 16th and run through December 9th, 10th, and 11th. There will be no class November 25th, 26th, or 27th. Inclement weather make-up dates are reserved for the third week of December.

$175 per child for the eight-week session. Siblings under two are free. Enrollment is capped at 12 participants per session, and spots fill quickly, so secure your place early.

Once registered, a welcome email with program details, what to expect, and a few short forms to help us get to know your budding naturalist will be sent at the beginning of October.
