Belly dance and empowerment circles, incorporating somatic movement with feminine exploration. Step into Aladdins cave and prepare to feel rejuvenated and transformed within these deeply sensory, explorative and restorative sessions. These weekly circles combine the art of belly dance, intuitive movement, indigenous practices, nature element connection, guided meditations, inner goddess exploration and female empowerment. What to expect: 🌙 Opening and Closing guided meditations 🌙 Belly dancing 🌙 Intuitive Somatic Movement & Expression 🌙 Indigenous dancing and ritual practices 🌙 Goddess Empowerment exploration 🌙 Element connection through dance and Native American fables ​​​ You do not need to have prior experience of belly dancing to attend the circles, all levels are welcome from beginners to advance. ​ Sessions take part within a stunning Dome, located in Bradford on Avon.
