Black Swan Sauna invites guests to step away from the noise of everyday life with an immersive 2.5-hour sauna and sound bath experience. The session begins with 55 minutes in the wood-fired sauna, infused with aromatherapy, followed by a 90-minute restorative sound bath and guided meditation on the grass, creating space for both body and mind to slow down, relax and reconnect. Led by Dawn Harding of The Inner Path, a registered psycho-spiritual counsellor and energy practitioner, the sound bath combines meditation, therapeutic sound and gentle body awareness practices. With just six spaces per session, the experience is intentionally intimate and spacious, offering a peaceful opportunity to unwind and reset.
