This month's sound bath is dedicated to deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to focus on, and nowhere else you need to be. For one hour, you'll be immersed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls while resting comfortably in a hammock or on a yoga mat.

Unlike our themed sound baths, this experience includes no guided meditation—just uninterrupted sound, stillness, and space to fully unwind. Whether you choose to meditate, drift into sleep, or simply listen, this is your time to reset both your mind and body.

Allow yourself to slow down, release the tension you've been carrying, and leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.
