Sound Bath & Reiki

Been running on empty? Craving space to just be, without anything to do or anyone to be for?

As the sun sets and the candles are lit, step inside a private coastal home for an evening built around rest, nourishment and connection.

We'll open with a welcoming women's circle, then settle in beneath the Bali hut under open sky for an extended sound bath. As the crystal singing bowls move through the space, each woman receives individual Reiki a gentle touch or hands-off, your choice. Let your mind drift, your body soften, and the tones carry you somewhere far from your to-do list.

Together, sound and touch invite your nervous system into deep rest. Many women notice tension easing from the shoulders, jaw and chest, their thoughts slowing right down, and a felt sense of simply being cared for. It's common to leave feeling lighter, like something's been put down, with the kind of stillness that's hard to find in daily life. This isn't about fixing anything; it's simply permission to switch off.

Afterwards, we'll share a wholesome grazing platter by candlelight, then move to the fire for cacao and easy conversation.
