Designed for higher education professionals across student engagement, academic success, careers services, teaching, learning, well-being and student analytics, Student Success UK and IE unites leading voices from universities and industry to showcase impactful examples of collaboration as well as innovative approaches to promoting success at every stage of the student journey. These sessions will look at the future of educational delivery for changing demographics, efficient delivery through shared services and course co-creation, navigating regulatory frameworks, co-designing with industry, reimagining assessment strategies, curriculum models and flexible pathways to improve learning outcomes. These sessions will explore academic advising, creating evidence-based, scalable tools for promoting mental well-being, models of pastoral care, improving sense of belonging on campus for traditional and non-traditional students, student partnership models, as well as increasing work readiness with career support, mentorship programmes and employer partnerships. These sessions will spotlight how universities are using learner analytics to identifying at-risk students and creating interventions to prevent dropout, advancing the definition of engagement beyond attendance, unpacking data on student mental health, applying student experience metrics to inform service redesign and embedding transparency and trust into monitoring.
