About: Rachel is a 800hr yoga teacher and yoga therapist. Teaching in London, Thailand and Goa for the past 10years. She believes yoga as therapy and as a daily practice to bring joy and bring balance and calm to the mind. The classes are both a chance to find an hour of peace and feel good movement... also an opportunity to laugh and challenge yourself with support of your community. Benefits of the class: - Breathwork, mindfulness and movement techniques benefit the parasympathetic nervous system (helps calm body and in turn the mind, de-stress). - Strong dynamic practice for strength, stability and resilience - Community focused classes to promote a sense of belonging - Therapeutic tools to use in everyday life - Challenging postures to fail at with a smile. Suitable for: -All levels and abilities welcome. -Parts of class may be challenging for some but the practice is such such to have more advanced yoga to work towards. What to wear/bring: -Wear comfortable clothes suitable for exercise. - Jumper, socks to keep warm at end of class -Bring a yoga mat if you have one Cost: £15 (5 classes for £65) Additional information: Rachel is a 900hr yoga teacher and yoga therapist.
