The classes are both a chance to find an hour of peace and feel good movement... also an opportunity to laugh and challenge yourself with support of your community. Benefits of the class: - Breathwork, mindfulness and movement techniques benefit the parasympathetic nervous system (helps calm body and in turn the mind, de-stress). - Strong dynamic practice for strength, stability and resilience - Community focused classes to promote a sense of belonging - Therapeutic tools to use in everyday life - Challenging postures to fail at with a smile. Suitable for: -All levels and abilities welcome. -Parts of class may be challenging for some but the practice is such such to have more advanced yoga to work towards.
