Tom Martin - Tom is part of the Ashtanga Yoga Frome team and has been practicing yoga for 20+ years, focusing on the ashtanga vinyasa method for the last 10+ years. He completed teacher training with John Scott, Lucy Crawford, Greg Nardi and David Keil in 2017. He has also practiced under Saraswati Jois in Mysore India, and Hamish Hendry at Ashtanga Yoga London amongst others. About: Ashtanga vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, challenging, sequential asana (posture) based practice of yoga that combines the principles of Patanjali’s eight limbs and T Krishnamacharya and K Pattabhi Jois’s development of linking movements together. The class is an introduction to the primary series - led through the standing postures up to the first few seated postures. The postures can be modified or adapted to suit all abilities.
