Pianist Ruth McGinley reimagines the music of A Charlie Brown Christmas in the intimate, candlelight surroundings of the Harrison, Belfast.

Step inside The Harrison Chambers of Distinction, a distinctive Victorian townhouse in Belfast’s Queen’s Quarter, and settle in for an intimate Christmas concert with renowned pianist Ruth McGinley.

Ruth reimagines the much-loved music of A Charlie Brown Christmas, bringing Vince Guaraldi’s unmistakable melodies, gentle swing and wistful warmth to a programme of solo piano. Alongside this beloved music comes a collection of beautiful Christmas pieces—some familiar, others unexpected—chosen to capture the season’s tenderness, joy and quiet magic.

In the Harrison’s rich, atmospheric surroundings, an audience of just 30 gathers close to the piano. Every delicate phrase and lingering note becomes part of a shared experience: music heard up close, with room to pause and lose yourself for a while.

Whether these melodies bring back childhood Christmases or become a new discovery, join Ruth for an evening of warmth and wonder away from the December rush.

Let the Christmas magic linger a little longer. Move into the glamorous Harrison bar after the concert and explore the special Christmas cocktail and mocktail menu. There may even be a Charlie Brown special....
