An interactive session delivered in partnership between the Reed Women in Technology Community and Acend

Acend and The Reed Women in Technology Community are back with our second Belfast meetup, this time diving into Customer Journey Mapping.

Whether you're brushing up on a skill you already use or trying it for the first time, this is a practical, low-pressure way to learn by doing. And it's not just for product folk, if you touch anything customer-facing (design, marketing, ops, engineering), this is for you.

Why come:

Learn or refresh your CJM skills

A repeatable framework you can take straight back to work

See how people in completely different roles and companies approach the same problem

A great opportunity to network and meet like-minded people

If you came to the last one, bring a friend or colleague this time. And with Belfast Tech Week wrapping up the week before, it's a great way to keep that momentum going! "

Acend are a key partner of the Reed Women in Technology Community and manage our Product Community of Practice, delivering weekly content and monthly webinars and networking events to support our members in developing their product expertise and networks.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------

The Reed Women in Technology Community is a 4,000 person network established in 2019 to help close the gender gap in the Technology industry. We do this by:

Supporting women in technology and transformation to achieve their goals and ambitions. Through:

-Access to mentoring (Over the last 7 years we have created over 1,750 mentoring relationships)

-Access to personal & professional development opportunities (weekly webinars, workshops. coaching sessions)

-Access to networking opportunities (In person and virtual)

Bringing more women in to the industry. By:

-Increasing visibility of female role models

-Demystifying tech roles

-Providing the above support to people trying to enter the industry (transitioners, returners, early careers)

-Creating better pathways in to technology careers
