A one day conference on Responsible Leadership for Sustainable Development in the Third Sector: Insights, Challenges and Opportunities

You are invited to submit abstracts for presentations at this one-day conference which brings together Early Career Researchers, academics, policymakers and third-sector practitioners to explore how responsible leadership can contribute to sustainable development and positive social impact.

The conference will create a space to connect research with practice, receive constructive feedback, build interdisciplinary networks, and engage with academic and practitioner perspectives on leadership, sustainability and social impact.

We welcome abstracts addressing, but not limited to:

Responsible, ethical and sustainable leadership

Leadership in NGOs, social enterprises, charities, voluntary and community organisations

Leadership and sustainable development

Governance, accountability and stakeholder engagement

Organisational sustainability, resilience and adaptation

Social impact and community development

Leadership, trust, employee outcomes and stakeholder relationships

Third-sector funding pressures, resource mobilisation and sustainability

Entrepreneurship, innovation and mission in third-sector organisations

Public policy, partnerships and cross-sector collaboration

Submission Guidelines

• Abstracts should be 250-300 words.

• Include the paper title, author name(s), institutional affiliation (where applicable), and contact email.

• Submissions should be in English.

• Work in progress, emerging research and completed studies are welcome where they clearly connect with the conference theme.
