Halloween and the Christmas parties are just around the corner. But if you live with psoriasis, eczema or sensitive skin, getting ready can feel more stressful than exciting.

At Granlab, we want to help you feel confident in your skin, whatever the occasion.

Every year on 29 October, World Psoriasis Day raises awareness of a condition that affects up to 3% of people worldwide. For many, the hardest part isn’t only the skin itself, but how it affects confidence at social occasions and when out in public.

For us, it’s personal too. Granlab started with Pragya’s grandmother, who has lived with psoriasis for over a decade. So this year, we’re marking the day with something we’ve never done before.

About the event

To mark World Psoriasis Day, we’re hosting our first Skincare & Makeup Workshop. Join us at Granlab HQ for a relaxed evening of skincare and makeup made for skin that flares. No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Meet Your Hosts

Georgios, Formulation Scientist at Granlab: Georgios develops our skincare in our Belfast lab. He’ll share his top picks for a winter skincare routine and how to prep reactive skin before makeup.

Grace, Makeup Artist (@glambygraceni): Grace is a local Belfast makeup artist, specialising in everyday and evening glam. She’ll show you techniques for an everyday glam look, plus something for the evenings.

Dr Pragya Sharma, founder of Granlab, will facilitate the workshop and share some ways of how to use the SkinSettle Multipurpose Balm in your skincare and makeup routine.

How It Works

The evening is relaxed and demonstration-led. Watch, ask questions or try things yourself at your own pace. Bring your own makeup and brushes, if you’d like to see how it works on your skin. If you are missing some makeup, or don't have makeup, don't worry we can show you how to use and apply makeup from our makeup artist's kit.
