Information, Briefing and Engagement Sessions for Tomorrow's Leaders Champions and New Recruits

While this Information & Engagement Session has been organised as a refresher for our current Champions, we warmly welcome anyone interested in joining the team to attend and learn more.

Join us for an afternoon of catching up, sharing ideas, and connecting with fellow Champions. The session will provide an overview of the resources, opportunities, and support available to you as a Champion, helping you get the most out of both the role and your wider career development.

The session will be led by the NI Hub Tomorrow's Leaders Rep Mary Payne and our Core Champion Soniya Jadhav. Julie Fitzsimmons MSEC for the NI Hub will deliver a refresher session on Tomorrow's Leaders and outlining the role of a Champion.

We’ll also hear an inspiring talk from Jonathan Payne FCIOB, CIOB Trustee Payne, on how the Tomorrow's Leaders Champion role can help shape and support a successful career in construction.

There will be some fun games and activities included too. So, it won’t be all business!

Members: gain 3 CIOB CPD points when you reflect on the ethical aspects of your learning from this activity.
