About This Event

6 week non-contact rugby programme with introduction to tackling for women aged 18+. Perfect for total beginners! Touch to Tackle is a 6 week non-contact rugby programme with an introduction to tackling skills. The sessions will last one hour, lead by experienced rugby coaches. The emphasis will be on having fun and developing your rugby skills such as catching, passing and identifying space. We will learn tackling techniques and you will have the opportunity to take part in a controlled contact match at the end of the programme.
