When was the last time you truly stopped? When did you last give yourself permission to simply be?
In our busy, always-on world, it's easy to lose touch with ourselves. Our spiritual practice slips. The reflection time we need disappears. We forget to pause and ask: Where am I? Where am I going? What really matters?
