Come join us for our another yoga session of this semester✨! We will be hosting a class focused on mindfulness, movement and meditation with the intention of allowing you unwind and relax for the hour 💛

This session will be with Emily from 10:30am to 11:30am in Blue Sky Room, located on the 1st floor of the SU Building

Beginners are welcome and we provide mats and blocks but feel free to bring your own if you prefer 🪷
