We’re thrilled to celebrate our 10th Birthday on Thursday 1 October at The Old Library in the iconic Custard Factory in Digbeth, the heart of Birmingham's creative quarter. For an entire decade, we’ve had the honour of empowering over 5,000 women across Birmingham and the West Midlands, providing them with the clothing, coaching, and confidence they need to succeed when it really matters, and to get the job.

Join us as we mark this significant milestone with Afternoon Tea, shop our Fashion Sale, meet some of the women we've empowered, and raise vital funds to continue supporting our mission. Plus, we are delighted to welcome our guest speaker Jess Phillips MP for a fireside chat with Smart Works CEO Anna Hemmings. The afternoon will be a chance to not only celebrate how far we’ve come but also to look forward to the future and the many more lives we’ll continue to change together.

The Old Library stands as the only one of Birmingham’s original five free libraries still standing and is a dynamic and unique events venue in the heart of Birmingham’s creative quarter, Digbeth. Built in 1866, and lovingly restored in the 20th century.
