The Birmingham Sunday Ink and Lettering Social is an informal gathering for anyone who enjoys working with pen and ink. Whether you are a seasoned calligrapher, a hand-lettering enthusiast, or someone just starting to explore the craft, this is a quiet space to focus on your projects while enjoying the company of others who share your interest. There is no formal instruction or agenda; it is simply a chance to step away from the weekend busyness and spend a few hours practicing your strokes. Please bring along whatever supplies you are currently using, whether that is a pointed pen, brush markers, or a simple fountain pen. We will have plenty of table space for everyone to spread out their materials and chat about techniques, favorite papers, or upcoming projects. It is a very relaxed environment, so feel free to drop by for as much or as little of the time as you like. We hope to see you there, so please go ahead and RSVP if you think you can make it.
