Start with a 50-minute Pilates session designed to stretch, strengthen, and reconnect with your body. Then settle into a 3-hour crochet workshop, where you'll learn, create, and enjoy mindful making in a cosy and welcoming space.
Whether you're completely new or already love Pilates or crochet, this experience is all about slowing down, connecting with others, and taking time for yourself.
