An afternoon of meditation, practical wellbeing tools and devotional music, celebrating Guru Nanak's Light. Open to everyone.
After almost a year since our last in-person gathering, Journey of Compassion is delighted to bring our community together again for a special afternoon of meditation, reflection, devotional music and meaningful connection.
Inspired by the universal wisdom of Guru Nanak, we will explore how we can bring greater awareness, compassion and balance into our everyday lives.
Through guided meditation, practical wellbeing tools and devotional singing, we will create an opportunity to connect more deeply with ourselves, one another and the Divine light within us all.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or have been practising for years, everyone is welcome, regardless of background, beliefs or experience.

An opportunity to slow down, become more aware of your inner world and deepen your connection with the present moment.
Practical Tools for Everyday Wellbeing

Devotional Singing & Music – Awaken the Light Within
Experience the power of Kirtan (devotional singing) as we come together through sound, music and contemplation, connecting with the love and light that resides within us.

Celebrating Guru Nanak's Light
Guru Nanak's wisdom reminds us of the Divine light within every human being, beyond differences of religion, culture, identity or background.
This gathering is an opportunity not simply to celebrate that light, but to contemplate how we can recognise it within ourselves and express it through the way we live.
