When was the last time you had a whole day that was just for you?

Not as a mum, wife, partner, daughter, business owner, employee, carer or the person who seems to keep everything going.

This September marks 10 years since I began my journey with The Soul Angels, and I’ve been thinking for a while about how I wanted to celebrate it.

A party didn’t feel quite right.

Instead, I wanted to create something that reflects so much of what the last ten years have taught me about women, healing and the way we move through life.

Because so many of us spend our days looking after everyone and everything else. We keep going, we juggle, we organise, we support, we hold things together…

And sometimes we just need somewhere we can put it all down for a while.

That’s where SHE RISES came from.

On Saturday 24th October, I’m inviting a small group of women to spend the day with me at The Soul Angels.

From 10am–4pm, there’s nowhere else you need to be and nobody you need to look after.

This day is about you.

🌿 REST

We’ll start by slowing everything down, grounding ourselves and taking a moment to notice how we’re actually feeling beneath all the busyness.

🔥 RELEASE

Through meditation, journalling and a release ritual, we’ll look at some of the things we’ve been carrying — and what we might finally be ready to let go of.

🥗 NOURISH

We’ll share a beautiful, nourishing lunch together, with plenty of time to chat, connect and enjoy being around other women.

🎶 RECEIVE

Then comes the part where you don’t have to do anything at all.

Lie back, close your eyes and allow yourself to receive during a beautiful healing sound bath.

No expectations. No jobs to do. Just time to be.

We’ll spend the final part of our day looking forward.

What are you ready to choose for yourself?

Through meditation, future-self work, intention setting and an empowerment ritual, you’ll create an intention for the next chapter of your life.

You’ll also take home a small gift as a reminder of the promise you made to yourself that day. 💜

For six hours, nobody needs anything from you.

You don’t need to achieve anything.

You don’t need to be productive.

You don’t need to have everything figured out.

And you certainly don’t need to arrive with something that needs “fixing”.

Maybe you’re exhausted and desperately need some time for yourself.

Maybe you’ve been so busy being everything to everyone that you’re not quite sure where you fit anymore.

Maybe you’re going through a change or standing at a crossroads.

Or maybe life is actually pretty good…

and you simply want to give yourself a day that’s yours.

After ten years of holding space for others through The Soul Angels, this feels like such a special way to mark the anniversary, bringing women together, creating space for real connection and giving ourselves permission to choose ourselves for a change.
