About This Event

Signing Off UB40 are back at The Rhodehouse on Saturday 12th December, and with UB40 being a Birmingham band, this one's practically a home fixture. Formed in 2015 and named after UB40's debut album, they play the dub and reggae sound of that first record alongside the big ones: Red Red Wine, Kingston Town, Cherry Oh Baby, Can't Help Falling In Love. UB40 themselves have praised them for going well past the hits into songs only the hardcore fans will recognise. December is when everyone's back in Sutton, so this is the Saturday to get the old crowd together. Red Red Wine goes down easier when it's cold out, and the family who've turned up early for Christmas can come too. The DJ gets the room going, then Signing Off take the stage and the room sways along until the last one. Christmas jumpers welcome! Booths for groups are in the VIP Upgrades! Book one early and keep the group together all night.
