**Welcome to Tech Collective!** You may have noticed something different about us. Agile West Midlands has a new name, and it reflects how much our industry has changed. When we started, Agile was the big conversation. Today, iterative improvement is simply how good teams work. AI, data, leadership and emerging tech are now part of everyday working life, and that’s what Tech Collective is here to talk about, along with everything else that helps our community grow. What better way to kick things off than with a debate? **Is AI changing iterative delivery for the better? Will traditional delivery roles become obsolete? Are the ways we work today still fit for the future?** This will be an exciting, interactive event where we challenge conventional thinking, spark healthy debate and explore how AI and emerging technologies are reshaping delivery operating models. This isn’t your typical presentation. Expect: * Thought-provoking debates on controversial statements * Live voting, so you can see where the room really stands * AI versus human expertise, put to the test * Team challenges, including designing your own delivery team of the future There will be an opportunity to challenge controversial statements, put AI to the test against human expertise and even design your own delivery team of the future. Whether you're in Project Delivery, Product, Data & AI, Engineering or architecture, this is your chance to share perspectives, challenge assumptions and discover what the future of delivery could look like.
