UNSPOKEN: A Conversation on Grief and Healing is an intimate and reflective workshop exploring the many ways we experience, understand and live with grief with Sana bought to you by Sistermatic Change.

Together, we’ll open up conversations around grief, culture and stigma and explore what healing and recovery can really look like. Through discussion and a gentle reflective exercise. We will also consider what can happen when grief is acknowledged rather than pushed away.

Finding meaning and purpose after loss and how healing can be less about “moving on” and more about learning how to move forward while carrying what matters with us.

A space for reflection, conversation and a different way of understanding grief.
