Delivered as part of Spring North’s member training programme, this practical workshop supports VCFSE staff, volunteers and caseworkers to strengthen their case management and reporting practice. Participants will explore effective case recording systems, how to manage caseloads safely, and the confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities that underpin high‑quality support.
The session covers how to monitor service‑user progress, write clear and accurate case notes, and structure reports that are evidence based and suitable for different audiences. Attendees will work through real examples from across our network, with guided activities that build confidence in producing professional, consistent and accountable records.
Members will leave with improved skills in case management, clearer understanding of reporting expectations, and practical tools to enhance the quality, clarity and reliability of their organisational documentation.
