About Bee

Bee Innes is a Registered Naturopathic Nutritionist with 11 years in clinical practice and founder of HealthyBe Naturopathy. After a career in corporate HR and training, Bee spent eight years virtually bedridden with M.E. Rebuilding her health through nutrition led her to retrain, and later to navigate her own menopause naturally. She now combines that lived experience with clinical expertise, taking a root-cause approach that looks at sleep, blood sugar, stress, gut and hormones together. Bee runs an online clinic for women in midlife, delivers menopause sessions for organisations across the UK, and is a finalist in the She Inspires Awards (Women in Health & Wellbeing).
