Join me for an Autumnal themed gentle four week baby massage course, a space to slow things down a little and spend some calm, connected time with your baby.

Over the four weeks, I’ll guide you through a full body massage routine, building it up gradually so it feels simple and easy to follow. By the end, you’ll have something you can take home and use in your own time, in a way that works for you and your baby.

Baby massage is a really lovely way to connect. It creates those quiet moments of eye contact, touch and presence, and can also help with things like digestion, wind and colic.

The sessions are completely baby-led. There’s no expectation for your baby to be settled or still. Feeding, changing, cuddles, all welcome.

We’ll also have a brew and a little time to sit together afterwards, no rush to head straight off.

Who it’s for

From around 8 weeks to pre-crawling

No experience needed

Come as you are. This is as much for you as it is for your baby.

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS NO PRAM ACCESS TO THE STUDIO - Babies will need to be brought in a carrier or car seat. If you need help with access, please drop us a message :)

Please bring a towel or blanket for your baby to lie on, something that feels familiar and comfortable for them.

Massage oil will be provided, but you’re very welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

Dress in comfortable clothing, for both you and your baby, so you can relax and move easily on the mat.

The sessions are baby-led, so there’s no expectation for your baby to stay settled. Feeding, changing, cuddles and breaks are all completely welcome.

If your baby is asleep when you arrive, you’re welcome to settle in with a brew and join in when they’re ready.

There will be time after each session for a hot drink and a little social, so there’s no need to rush off.
