The support that many Bolton residents already use to stop smoking, manage their weight and improve their wellbeing will continue from 1st December 2026, with ICE Creates taking over as the new provider.

By bringing these supportive offers together in one place, ICE Creates aims to make it easier for residents to access the support they need to improve their health and wellbeing.

Share your views and make a difference

We're inviting local residents to join us for a co-creation conversation about how these existing services can continue to grow and evolve to meet the needs of Bolton residents.

This is an opportunity to meet the team from ICE Creates, learn more about their approach, and share your ideas about what matters most to you and your community.

Whether you have used these services before, are currently receiving support, or simply have views on how health and wellbeing support could work better in Bolton, we'd love to hear from you.

Your feedback, experiences and ideas will help shape how the new provider develops the offer over the coming months. ICE Creates wants to build on what's already working well and ensure the service is welcoming, accessible and responsive to the needs of Bolton's diverse communities.
