Avalon Autumn Equinox Sound Bath 🍂🔥🐉🍁

Join us for a relaxing and immersive sound bath experience this Autumn Equinox as we align with the Land of Avalon. Avalon is a mythical magical island in Arthurian legend known as the 'Isle of Apples' where King Arthur was taken to heal after being wounded at the Battle of Camlann. Traditionally, Avalon is associated with Glastonbury in Somerset, England, representing the mystical realm of healing and wisdom.

Apples are a potent symbol of the Autumn Equinox also knowns as 'Mabon', repesenting abundance, gratitude & wholeness during the second harvest typically occurring between 20th - 23rd September in the Northern Hemisphere. They symbolize the transition into the darker half of the year with deep roots in Celtic folklore.

Please join me as we reset, relax and reflect on the year so far. Before we begin, I will talk about Mabon and the Autumn Equinox giving you a little insight of what to expect. We will journal and show gratitude for the year so far, connect with our Sacral and Root Chakra and call in the Dragon Spirit Animal.

Allow the soothing sounds from the crystal sound bowls to wash over you, helping you find balance and peace as the seasons change. This is an in-person event where you can unwind, connect and recharge surrounded in the Land of Avalon with crystal clear sacred wells, powerful dragon and ley lines & a visualisation guided meditation as I take you to the top of Glastonbury Tor. Perfect for anyone looking to relax and embrace the spirit of Autumn!

After the sound healing, we will gather for a closing down circle around the outdoor fire pit for a fire ritual.

Bring a yoga mat, a bottle of water, wear comfy clothes, bring your crystals, blankets and pillows and get ready to feel refreshed!

PLEASE NOTE: Upon arrival at the Cloisters, please park on the main carpark to the right of the Holiday Inn. If this car park is full, please park on the other side of the black railings. At Reception please enter your car registration plate.

Refreshments and toilets are available a the venue.

This venue is a spacious converted church inside the Holiday Inn hotel in Bolton.
