Neurospicy Inc: Bolton is a new community-led support group created for neurodivergent adults, parents, carers, and families. Whether you're diagnosed, self-identify as neurodivergent, are exploring the possibility, or simply relate to neurodivergent experiences, you are welcome here.
No diagnosis is required. No labels are required.
Founded by someone who understands first-hand how difficult it can be to find accessible, family-friendly support, Neurospicy Inc was created to provide the kind of space many people wish existed—a relaxed, understanding community where people can connect without judgement or pressure.
What to Expect
A friendly, welcoming environment
Opportunities to meet and connect with like-minded people
A safe space to share experiences, ask questions, or simply listen
No expectation to socialise if you don't want to
A neurodivergent-friendly atmosphere where masking isn't expected
Children are welcome to attend with parents or carers
Tea, coffee, conversation, and community
Whether you're an autistic adult, have ADHD, are awaiting assessment, identify with neurodivergent traits, are supporting a neurodivergent family member, or simply want to meet others who understand, this group is for you.
Who Can Attend?
