Connect with Spirit - Winter Solstice Mediumship Sound Bath 🎄❄️✨🧘‍♀️

Please join me to honour our loved ones in spirit at Christmas with a candlelit Yuletide Winter Solstice Mediumship Sound Bath & Rune readings on Sunday 20th December at 1pm till 3pm.

This event is about connecting with our loved ones in spirit at Christmas through Mediumship messages and giving yourself permission to have some meditative down time to yourself before the busiest gathering of the year begins.

This sound bath will also be Viking themed, quite a unique theme, but as it is Winter, we will be honouring the turning wheel of the year and the Pagan Sabbat (festival) Winter Solstice/Yuletide/Yule.

We now know this time of year as 'Christmas', however we will be rewinding time and celebrating Yule in the old traditional Pagan way. This does not mean you are labelled as Pagan upon entering the venue or have to be Pagan to attend, this event is open to all, welcoming anyone with open arms who feels lonely at Christmas, grieving at Christmas or anyone who is feeling overwhelmed at Christmas and needs to relax or be surrounded by like-minded souls.

Please note: Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied with an parent or guardian.

Yuletide is a fun, cosy & family oriented time of the year and as we step back into the past, we will channel our inner viking and raise a toast to our ancestors with a cup of warm alcohol-free Mead tea made by Megan. The tea is optional, it will be made with all natural ingredients and is safe to consume. It will taste like a warm cup of lemon & ginger herbal tea if anyone is intrigued.

We will also be working with the elements of fire and ice, bringing them into the guided meditation and weather permitting using the outdoor fire pit. We will be journalling our messages to loved ones in spirit and placing them into the fire for the energy & love to send up into the spirit realm. We will be channeling the season by finding the balance in ourselves between the light and the dark, meaning, what parts of you emotionally or energetically that you'd like to release during this event. We will also be practicing being present in the moment with deep breathing techniques and diving into a deep theta state guided meditation along with the sound of the crystal bowls played by Megan.

During the Mediumship and Rune messages, all you need to do is relax and let Megan channel your loved ones in spirit. Runes are letters from ancient Germanic and Norse writing called rune alphabets or 'Futhark' that were used between roughly the 1st and 17th centuries for writing, magic and divination. Composed of angular, straight-line characters suitable for carving in stone, wood, tools and jewellery, they were used to represent sounds and letters but also concepts and were believed to hold magical powers. This is known as the Elder Futhark alphabet and where our known present day alphabet comes from.

What is a Sound Bath

A sound bath is literally what is says, bathing in sound. When you imagine yourself bathing in sound, you are surrounded by different healing sound frequencies known as 'Hertz' or 'Hz' and each frequency has a specific purpose and works with different parts of us whether thats emotionally, spiritually or physically.

In my sound baths I play my 5 white Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls made specifically to connect you to your Endocrine System for deeper chakra alignment, healing and releasing emotional imbalances.

My 5 bowls are the sharps and flats on a piano and in musical terms this means they are the 5 black keys on the piano. Being a musician and pianist since I was 7 years old, it's a beautiful experience for me to play an instrument spiritually and play from intuition rather than classically and reading sheet music. The 5 black keys are the sharps and flats, and if you didn't know already, we have 7 main chakras and in between our 7 main chakras, we also have more chakras. When these 5 black notes (my 5 crystal bowls) are played in a sound bath, they connect you with your 5 higher chakras, so the chakras in between your 7 main chakras. These chakras need healing and alignment just as much as our 7 main chakras, therefore my 5 crystal bowls will help with just that. For example, our heart chakra is note F on a piano and one of my bowls is F sharp, meaning it gives a deeper healing to the heart chakra and the works with the higher heart.

What you feel from the bowls is very gentle. Sound healing is like a spiritual MOT, it helps fix all the problems with the mind, body and soul. When we bring in, we have to release, so in sound healing you may feel you are mentally letting go of whatever it is that is brought to the forefront of your mind, you may also allow yourself to feel all the feelings and physically let go through tears and thats very normal in a sound bath!
