About the host

I’m Harriet, a qualified counsellor and Menopause Wellness Practitioner, and I’ll be your host for The Meno Spicy Social.

I believe that menopause isn’t just a physical experience , it can bring emotional changes, shifts in identity, relationships, confidence and the way we see ourselves. Sometimes, what we need most is simply a safe space where we can be honest about how we’re really feeling, without judgement or the need to pretend everything is fine.

That’s what I’m here to create.

As your host, I’ll hold a warm, compassionate and emotionally supportive space where you can talk, listen, laugh, share, or simply be. There’s no pressure to have the answers, share your story, or show up in any particular way. You can come exactly as you are.

This is more than a social. It’s a space to connect with women who get it, feel less alone, and perhaps rediscover parts of yourself along the way.
