Step away from the noise of everyday life and give yourself time to simply slow down, and relax with a sound bath experience.

Join us for a deeply calming sound bath experience, where you’ll be invited to lie back, get comfortable and allow the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments to create a peaceful space for rest and relaxation. Each session offers you the opportunity to pause, unwind and enjoy some much-needed time for yourself.

Whether you’re completely new to sound baths or already love them, everyone is welcome. There’s nothing you need to do and no experience is required — simply arrive ten minutes before the start time, settle in and let the sounds do the rest.

What to expect

We’ll begin by getting comfortable and taking a few moments to settle into the space before the sound bath begins. You’ll then be guided into relaxation as you experience a beautiful journey of sound and vibration.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring anything that will help you feel warm and cosy, such as a blanket, pillow and yoga mat. Also bring water and if you’d like, an eye mask.
