Join Age UK Bolton for an informative and engaging afternoon exploring brain health, memory, ageing and falls prevention.

Hear from Professor Catherine Loveday, Professor of Psychology and Cognitive Neuroscience, as she shares practical insights into memory, dementia and the steps we can take to support our brain health as we age. Catherine combines over 30 years of expertise with personal experience of dementia, bringing science to life in an accessible and inspiring way.

You'll also hear from Sara Harris, Sector Clinical Lead for Frailty and Delirium at NWAS, who will discuss falls prevention and simple ways to stay safe, active and independent.

There will be opportunities to ask questions, meet the speakers and explore a range of helpful resources. Open to older people, families, carers and professionals.
