TALK ABOUT THE YEAR

You don't need to have had a perfect year, a successful year or even a good year. Every year has a story, and every story deserves space.

At Talk About the Year:

You can share as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

You can speak, listen, reflect, or simply be present.

You don't have to explain everything that happened to you.

You won't be expected to be positive about difficult experiences.

We don't compare people's years.

We listen without judging, fixing or interrupting.

You are free to pause or step away if you need to.

What people share should be treated with respect and discretion.

Most importantly, you don't have to find the perfect words.

Just come ready to pause, reflect, listen and participate.

Because no day in a year is a waste.
