Private Rented Sector Stakeholder Workshop- Help shape the future of housing in Bolton

Bolton Council is currently developing a new Housing Strategy and Supported Housing Strategy for the borough. As a valued stakeholder within the Private Rented Sector (PRS), we would like to invite you to attend an in-person workshop to share your views, experiences and expertise.

This workshop will explore:

Current challenges and opportunities within Bolton's Private Rented Sector.

The role of the PRS in meeting local housing and supported housing needs.

The impact of emerging legislation and market changes.

Priorities for improving housing outcomes and partnership working.

Key considerations for Bolton's future Housing Strategy and Supported Housing Strategy.

Places are limited to 50 attendees and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
