Join us at Wilton for a full day celebrating the crag and the community that climbs it.
From first-timers to seasoned trad climbers. Wilton Climbing Festival is free to attend and runs from 10:00 to 21:00 with taster sessions, workshops, guided walks, talks and demos on offer throughout the day. Wrapping up with a raffle, beer and music intothe evening.

Booking onto sessions
Some sessions are drop-in and need no advance booking - just turn up.
Others are free but have limited places, so booking ahead is recommended.
And a couple of sessions have a cost to book onto:
Trad Masterclass with Steve McClure (morning: up to HVS / afternoon: HVS and above)
Self-Rescue Workshop with James McHaffie (morning and afternoon sessions)
You can book your spot on all sessions through the ticketing page.
On the day
Bring your climbing gear if you have it as there'll be plenty of chances to get on the rock, with local knowledge on hand throughout.
Tea and coffee will be available (at a cost) at basecamp, but bring your own water and if you fancy a proper meal the Wilton Arms nearby has a great menu.
