What is a sound bath?

Get comfy on your yoga mat or blanket and let the soothing sounds of drumming, chimes and crystal sound bowls wash away your stress!

What to bring:

Please make sure you are comfortable and warm, you will be lying down for the session so a yoga mat/blanket/cushion are ideal. Dress cosy and comfortable and bring some water. If you have an eye mask you can also bring that along to help with your relaxation but it is not essential.

Free car parking is available on site, please use the entrance at the back of the building.

Don't worry if you have never been to a sound bath before, all you have to do is lie down and let the soothing sounds wash over you!

Sound baths work with soothing yet powerful vibrations, so they may not be suitable for everyone.

If you have any medical, neurological, or mental health concerns, please check in with your GP beforehand.

Please do not attend if you:

Are pregnant

Have a pacemaker or metal implants that may be affected by vibration

Experience sound-induced epilepsy or severe tinnitus

Have a history of psychosis

If you use hearing aids you may prefer to take these out.
