Come and join us for a morning of river fun at Blashford Lakes and see what incredible freshwater species you can discover!

Join us at Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve for our morning river dipping session.

Age 4+

Tickets are £5 each, no cost for attending adults . Children must be accompanied at all times by an adult.

We'll provide all the equipment needed for river dipping, all that we ask is that you come in footwear that can get wet! Wellies or water shoes recommended, as we will be standing in the river. If your child does not have wellies please let us know, as we have some spares.

Staff and volunteers will be on hand to demonstrate how to kick-sample in our river and help you discover some amazing life hiding in the depths of the water!

Please meet at the Education Centre, ready for a 10:30am start.
