Join us poolside this Summer and enjoy a day of fun in the sun!

We have a limited number of midweek tickets available to book in advance!

Full payment is required at the time of booking however, should you need to cancel you can do so up until 9am on the day, with a full refund (minus the booking fee).

The ticket price includes access to the pool between 10am and 6pm, use of pool towels and changing room facilities. Please note that we are unable to reserve sunbeds or table seating and these are on a first come first served basis. We also have a strict rule that towels cannot be left on sunbeds when they are left unattended for long periods as this is unfair on other guests who wish to make use of the pool facilities(excludes whilst you have lunch or refreshments on the terrace).

NB: Under 2's may attend free of charge (when accompanied by 1 full paying adult per child) but cannot have sole use of a sunbed.

Parking is available free of charge for day guests, but is strictly on a first come first served basis - when it's full, it's full! There is plenty of alternative parking available within a short walk of the hotel and both Yellow Buses and MoreBus stop just outside the rear entrance on the Bath Hill Roundabout.

Our poolside bar serves a range of drinks, snacks and ice cream throughout the day, or you can join us on the Terrace to enjoy a light snack, lunch or dinner at any time.

We believe our pool ticket prices to be reasonable and therefore please respect our policy that only food and drink purchased at the hotel can be consumed on the premises. Guests who ignore this policy risk embarrassing our staff and themselves as we will ask that you leave the premises and no refund will be offered.

Please note that all pool guests must wear a wristband to enable our team to easily identify paying guests. Anyone entering our pool area without a wristband or valid ticket will be charged £50 per person.
