An evening to step away from the everyday, reconnect with your senses and make time for a nervous system reset.

Introducing ELEMENTAL 🌊🔥

A walking meditation and sensory sauna experience.

Imagine a winter evening by the sea. The air is fresh on your cheeks, the waves roll into shore and, for once, there’s nowhere else you need to be.

We’ll begin with a guided walking meditation with headphones - feeling the earth beneath our feet, noticing the fresh air on the skin and listening to the waves beside us.

Then, the warmth of The Saltwater Sauna at Sauna Haus in Boscombe will bring the next element of fire into our evening. As the heat settles around and essential oil aromas fill the air, the soothing soundscapes begin to carry all the tension away.

Inspired by earth, air, fire and water, this immersive, guided sensory experience invites you to explore the elements through grounding practices, gentle breathwork, warmth and moments of stillness.

You might notice a sound you would usually miss, the feeling of your breath or the warmth on your skin. There’ll be quiet moments too, and time to rest at your own pace.

An evening dedicated to a nervous system reset. A few hours to step away from the everyday and let yourself be cared for.

Afterwards, we’ll gather over nourishing warm bites and fragrant herbal teas. A warm mug between your hands, a chat with someone you’ve just met, and time to enjoy being together before heading home with a goodie bag.

Come with a friend or join us on your own. We’d love to share this with you.

Only 3 ELEMENTAL events throughout the entire winter season. Just 25 spaces at each. Let's rest together.
