Two hours of yoga and guided meditation, with a live DJ and silent headphones.

Two hours to move and unwind.

A live DJ, your own set of headphones and a session that gives you time to move, stretch and properly rest.

Yauga Haus begins with gentle mobility before building into flowing yoga. From there, the pace slows through longer stretches, restorative rest and a guided meditation to close. Music and your teacher’s guidance come through your headphones throughout.

Our teachers offer options as you go, so you can find the version of each movement that suits you. You’re welcome on the mat whether it’s your first class or part of your weekly routine.
