Spend the day with us on the Yauga UK tour. Your £79.99 early bird ticket gives you access to Run Club, Yauga Haus and Ritual Rooms at your chosen tour stop.

Come along with friends or join us on your own. There’s time to meet people between sessions and you’ll be guided through each experience.

Run Club

Start with our 5k silent disco run, with house music playing through wireless headphones as we head out together. Take it at your own pace and enjoy sharing the miles with people around you.

Yauga Haus

Our two-hour experience brings yoga and a live DJ together, with music that follows the movement in the room.

We start gently, building through mobility, balance and flowing sequences before slowing down into longer stretches, deep rest and meditation. Barefoot movement principles from our movement partner, Vivobarefoot, are woven into the practice to help you explore how you move from the ground up.

The teacher guides you throughout, with options to adjust the movements or rest whenever you need.

Ritual Rooms

Settle into a guided meditation through headphones, with an eye mask to help you turn your attention inward. Each session explores one of Yauga’s six pillars: Compassion, Attention, Energy, Stillness, Tranquility or Non-Duality.

The meditation lasts around 20 minutes, followed by time to chat and share how you found it. If you’re new to meditation, we’ll help you get comfortable and explain everything before we begin. We’ll also finish the day at our Ritual Rooms with a non alcoholic social.

No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Your early bird ticket includes entry to all three events for £79.99.

Please note lunch is not included, each event will have time between to get food at some of our local friends in Bournemouth.
