Gain practical CBT and mindfulness techniques to support wellbeing, improve attendance and enhance performance.
Join us for an engaging and thought-provoking session exploring the links between wellbeing, attendance and performance in the workplace. Led by a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), we'll examine how mindset, resilience and evidence-based wellbeing approaches can help individuals overcome challenges, build healthy habits and perform at their best. We'll also consider the role HR professionals and people managers can play in creating environments where employees can thrive, supporting improved engagement, reduced absence and sustainable organisational performance. Alongside expert insights, you'll leave with practical techniques and exercises drawn from CBT and mindfulness that can be applied in both professional and personal settings.
