WHAT WILL HAPPEN ON THE DAY:

SESSION I - INNER CRITIC

Core Focus:

Taming the Inner Critic & Imposter Syndrome: Confidence often isn't about learning new skills; it's about unlearning the habit of doubting yourself. This session will focus on identifying the "imposter" voice (your inner critic) and transforming these self-critical thoughts from a source of anxiety or self-doubt into a managable tool for self-awareness and personal & professional growth.

LUNCH BREAK

SESSION 2 - SELF-ESTEEM

Core Focus:

Through targeted exercises and personal reflection, this session will identify core strengths, reframe limiting beliefs, and establish healthy personal boundaries, to empower attendees with practical tools to cultivate self-compassion, resilience, and a positive, realistic self-image that supports personal and professional goals.
