Allow yourself to be enveloped by the exquisite resonance of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, interwoven with the deep, expansive tones of the gong.

Your experience begins with a gentle guided relaxation, allowing you to settle into the present moment before surrendering to the sound.

To ensure your comfort, please bring a soft blanket, pillow and warm socks. Mats snd eye coverings will be provided.

Doors open at 5:55 PM, allowing you a few peaceful moments to settle before our journey begins.
